GentleDo ("the App") is a productivity app developed by babipa. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.

GentleDo does not collect any personal information.

All data created within the App (tasks, daily logs, settings, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

Data stored locally on your device:

• Task lists and related information (title, memo, priority, category, estimated time, etc.)
• Daily energy check-in records
• Momentum scores
• Defer history
• App settings (language, theme, notification preferences, etc.)

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. No data is transmitted to cloud servers, external databases, or third-party services.

4. Third-Party Sharing

GentleDo does not share any data with third parties.

5. Notifications

The App uses local notifications. Notifications are processed entirely on your device and do not use push notification servers. Notification permissions can be changed at any time in your device settings.

6. Analytics and Tracking

GentleDo does not include any user analytics, tracking, or advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

GentleDo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on your device. You can back up your data using the export feature in the App's settings before uninstalling.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated. Changes will be communicated through App updates.
